Enough is Enough

I had a loved visitor today, and it was just what I needed.  Somewhere along the way, I forgot about the people who just love me for me.  Who want to be around me because they like the way I exist.  Somewhere along the way, I forgot that there are people who are just pleased to be in my presence.  Those who don't want anything from me but for me to be myself, and they find comfort being themselves with me.  A reciprocal relationship.

I am thankful for those who consistently attempt to connect with me despite my hesitancy because I am not sure that it is safe.  

I appreciate the effort, the love, and most importantly, I appreciate the trust that others feel in my presence.  I am grateful for the work I have been doing, and a special shout-out to my life coach!  She is the real MVP on this journey 🏆🎖

It is all enough to realize how truly blessed I am.
