Day 2 of 110 | The First 48 Outline

We'll call this one, "Missing my Jaw Line." 

As the first 48 hours of fasting steadily come to a close, I thought it was a good time to provide a rough outline of the plan I have created and will consistently work on over the next 109 days.  Below you will find the first draft that I will continue to build as I move forward.  As of now, this is what I have outlined thus far.

5 phases of 22 days = a total of 110 days.  Started Thursday, August 8 and will reset on Monday, November 25, 2024.

  • 1st Phase (22 days) | First phase of detoxing; resetting my system!
    • The first 48 hours consist of 14-hour liquid fasts.  Breaking the fast between Noon - 3:00 P.M. and resuming fast no later than 11:00 P.M.  
    • NO COLD BEVERAGES.  Either hot or room temp.
    • Start each day with hot lemon or lime water.  To read the benefits of lemons & limes, click here.
    • The following 20 days will consist of slowly working up to detoxing my system by only eating vegetables, very little fruit, and easily digested foods such as baked potatoes, peas, tomatoes, carrots, etc. The focus over the next 20 days will be on preparing my system to release stored waste matter during the second phase.
    • 48 hours before beginning the 2nd Phase, take 2 tbsp. of castor oil to get rid of waste matter and mucus.
2nd Phase (22 days) | The Eliminating Diet; clearing out the toxins!
There are 5 organs of elimination: Skin, Lungs, Bowel, Kidney, and Liver.

3rd Phase (22 days) | Fasting & Healthful Eating; providing the proper nutrients.

4th Phase (22 days) | Exercise & Calorie Expenditure; use oxygen to burn fat.

5th Phase (22 days) | TBD

This is as far as I've gotten and will continuously update each phase as I go.  This weekend will be the ultimate test of dedication because it's normally the time I treat myself with whatever I want for making it through the week.  This weekend I will treat myself with everything I NEED!
